In May 2023, Zinna's Bistro expanded by opening Z Taco in Millstone. Located at 514 Route 33 in Dugan's Corner Center, Z Taco offered a menu featuring tacos, tortas, and authentic Mexican desserts. By January 2025, the restaurant was renamed Zinna's Too, serving both Mexican and Italian dishes from its sister restaurant, Zinna’s Bistro.
