Gratuity & CC Transaction Fees

*20% gratuity added to parties of 6 or more. We are limited in our ability to separate checks. Prices listed are based on cash purchases. An additional 3.38% is applied for credit card transactions. Bringing outside food or dessert will incur a $5 per person charge.

Share Plate Fee

The share plate fee is in place because each seat represents a guest who might otherwise order a dish. Given how busy we get, we prioritize accommodating those who wish to dine fully with us.This policy helps us provide a fair and enjoyable dining experience for everyone. Anyone sharing individual portioned plates will result in a $10 plate charge due to limited seating capacity.

Outside Dessert Plating Fee

Bringing outside food or dessert will incur a $5 per person charge. Handling outside items involves utilizing our resources and staff, and the dessert plating fee accounts for this service.

Credit Card Hold for Reservations

This restaurant requires a credit card hold on ALL reservations for Friday, Saturday or Sunday. A credit card is required for parties of 6 or more, regardless of the day of the week. All credit card information will be processed securely. Changes to a reservation can be made online through OpenTable up until 24 hours before the reservation. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a per person charge.

Holiday Gratuity Reminder

At Zinna's Bistro, we'd like to kindly inform our valued guests that an automatic gratuity will be applied to all to go orders and dine in parties on select holidays; including all federally observed holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, New Years Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, as a courtesy to our hardworking staff! We thank you for your patronage and look forward to celebrating with you!

Late Arrivals

Tables will be held for up to 10 minutes before being released to other guests. This policy ensures fairness and courtesy to those who arrive on time, helping us provide an enjoyable dining experience for all.

Table Allocation

Each table is typically allotted 1 hour and 30 minutes to ensure we can accommodate all guests wishing to dine with us. For parties of 6 or more, the time is extended to 2 hours to allow for the additional time needed for larger group orders. This policy helps us provide a fair and enjoyable dining experience for everyone.
